Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Design / Web / Graphic / Creative Multimedia / Social Media or equivalent
  • Excellent design skills with a flair for layout and aesthetics
  • Highly skilled in video recording & editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects on PC and Mac
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to multitask
  • Experience in providing desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services (preferred)
  • Knowledge of collaborative productivity tools (e.g., instant messaging, collaboration, workspace, knowledge management, issue resolution, and ticketing) (preferred)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (preferred) to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team to provide IT support for daily Ops for all Singapore users
  • Collaborate with OIT team to promote OIT Hardware/Software, products, events
  • Periodically design newsletter that informs overseas users of latest events, tips, or updates relating to projects, products or services
  • Liaise with OIT team on all artworks, image format and design queries
  • Design, improve and maintain the website (iWiki/Confluence)
  • Undertake photography shoots and design brochures for Singapore office events
  • Work with OIT team to design training materials to provide the best DAY 1 experience for new Tencent employees onboarding
  • Design the template of overseas IT knowledge documents in one place for overseas users' self-help and regional peer support
  • Align with continuous improvement program focused on business value, process optimization, cost avoidance, cost reductions and IT “Speed to Market.”
