Requirements

5+ years of strong project management experience in IT and Healthcare (preferably Provider)
History of determining project objectives, acquiring resources, and coordinating team members and third-party contractors/consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ability to define project schedules and manage through the project lifecycle
Experience managing and overseeing issues and risks
Strong verbal and written communication skills with teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
Experience overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle and coordinating benefits realization
Experience managing large-sized projects across multiple business units with diverse and conflicting stakeholder needs
Ability to report and communicate at department, enterprise, and executive levels
Familiarity and experience with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Availability during Central Time business hours (remote work with flexibility)

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact IT and healthcare solutions
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
