Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

  • 1+ years of relevant or practical experience
  • Knowledge/Management in at least a single functional/technical area
  • Knowledge of fundamental SQL principles
  • Strong foundation in SQL and the ability to translate business requirements into data queries
  • Skills in data management according to organizational standards and policies
  • Experience writing use cases, documenting business requirements, and basic project management
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology and practice
  • Problem-solving: Identifying complex issues in IT systems or processes based on data analysis and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions
  • Adaptability: Quickly learning new IT tools, technologies, and methodologies as the field evolves
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT metrics and performance indicators
  • Time Management: Balancing multiple IT data projects and priorities effectively
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with peers on IT data initiatives, sharing insights, and integrating feedback

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute testing (e.g., build test cases, test automation, etc.)
  • Translate business requests into SQL queries
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Drive solution, configuration, governance, and release management
  • Deliver results according to business needs or requirements in accordance with data standards and policies
  • Provide story points for use cases and features
  • Understanding and influencing change management (communication/training/adoption)
  • Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice
  • Build on foundational skills with enhanced responsibilities in solution and system process design, including creating diagrams and prototypes
