Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Multiple years in technical support and IT infrastructure management within corporate environments
Proven experience leading on-site IT operations and coordinating with global teams
Strong understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems
Familiarity with Windows environments, mobile devices, and incident management tools
Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience presenting, leading vendor meetings, and managing local teams
100% on-site presence in Bangalore office; availability during regular business hours and occasionally outside normal hours

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues and ensure timely resolution
Schedule Management - Understanding of how to create, manage and understand impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
Provide business support, including troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate support to the business stakeholders
Manage and support all on-site IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
Perform routine maintenance and updates on Windows systems and other IT infrastructure
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Document and report IT incidents and resolutions
Respond to and, where appropriate, escalate and drive reported incidents & major incidents
