Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zu Versicherungskauffrau/-mann oder Ausbildung mit informationstechnischem Hintergrund (z.B. Fachinformatik)
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld als Business Analyst
  • Hohes Interesse und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft, vor allem in Richtung des Versicherungsgeschäft und moderne IT-Technologien (Cloud, AI, Microservice-Architekturen)
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit zu strukturiertem und konzeptionellem Denken und Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche und eines regulierten Umfelds (von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung in Agile Refinement: Erstellen eines Minimum Viable Product, Aufteilen der Arbeit in separat zu bearbeiten User Stories
  • Nachweisbare verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der (agilen) Teamzusammenarbeit

Responsibilities

  • Verantwortlich für die Anforderungsanalyse und das funktionale Detaildesign zur Implementierung von Softwarelösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft des Bestandsystems und weiterer integrierter Kernsysteme
  • Umsetzungen von Softwareprojekten in einem internationalen Umfeld, mittels agiler Entwicklungsmethoden in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen weltweit
  • Anforderungsanalyse, notfalls durch Re-Engineering, sowie Knowhow-Transfer zu Geschäftsprozessen und Versicherungsprodukten
  • Design und Implementierung neuer Businessfeatures in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden (Produkt Ownern)
  • Koordinieren der Implementierung von Initiativen nach der Analyse: Beauftragung der Entwickler, Abstimmung funktionaler Tests, Übergabe an Applikationsmanagement und Teilnahme am Release-Prozess
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern, Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern, Entwicklern, Projektmanagern und anderen Engineering-Teams
