Responsibilities

Verantwortlich für die Anforderungsanalyse und das funktionale Detaildesign zur Implementierung von Softwarelösungen
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft des Bestandsystems und weiterer integrierter Kernsysteme
Umsetzungen von Softwareprojekten in einem internationalen Umfeld, mittels agiler Entwicklungsmethoden in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen weltweit
Anforderungsanalyse, notfalls durch Re-Engineering, sowie Knowhow-Transfer zu Geschäftsprozessen und Versicherungsprodukten
Design und Implementierung neuer Businessfeatures in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden (Produkt Ownern)
Koordinieren der Implementierung von Initiativen nach der Analyse: Beauftragung der Entwickler, Abstimmung funktionaler Tests, Übergabe an Applikationsmanagement und Teilnahme am Release-Prozess
