Responsibilities

Technical support for Treasury products (Fixed and Variable Income, Derivatives, COE, Commodities, etc.)
Monitor analysis, correction, and tracking of incidents and problems in production systems
Propose and implement permanent solutions (recurrent problems, toils, Control-M)
Conduct technical investigations of incidents (troubleshooting)
Focus on SRE/DevOps supporting teams and Delivery in the development and delivery (CI/CD) of new systems/services with emphasis on resilience and quality
Support SRE/DevOps acculturation and topics on Architecture and Software Engineering
Focus on reducing TOIL and increasing Quality
Maintenance/Construction of Jobs in Control-M grid
