Responsibilities

  • Technical support for Treasury products (Fixed and Variable Income, Derivatives, COE, Commodities, etc.)
  • Monitor analysis, correction, and tracking of incidents and problems in production systems
  • Propose and implement permanent solutions (recurrent problems, toils, Control-M)
  • Conduct technical investigations of incidents (troubleshooting)
  • Focus on SRE/DevOps supporting teams and Delivery in the development and delivery (CI/CD) of new systems/services with emphasis on resilience and quality
  • Support SRE/DevOps acculturation and topics on Architecture and Software Engineering
  • Focus on reducing TOIL and increasing Quality
  • Maintenance/Construction of Jobs in Control-M grid
