Requirements

  • Instrumentação e padronização das ferramentas de observabilidade (Trace, Metrics, Logs, RUM e Synthetics) em múltiplas linguagens (Java, Angular, .NET, MQ Series, Kafka, Camunda, Mainframe, outros)
  • Criar KPI's, SLI's e SLO's, considerando dashboards e políticas
  • Promover observability by design, implementando observabilidade em todo o fluxo do produto (pipeline, padrões de arquitetura, etc)
  • Realizar treinamentos das squads e fortalecer a cultura de observabilidade, gerando valor para o negócio
  • Conhecimento avançado em DevOps/SRE
  • Conhecimento avançado em stacks de observabilidade (Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, outros)
  • Experiência prática em observabilidade: OpenTelemetry, logs distribuídos, métricas, tracing
  • Conhecimento em consultas e modelagem de dados (SQL/NOSQL, Logs, etc)
  • Pensamento sistêmico, comunicação clara entre o técnico e negócio

Responsibilities

  • Implementar observabilidade técnica e funcional em todo o fluxo dos produtos de Corporate Investment Banking
  • Combinar conhecimento de engenharia de software, SRE/DevOps e arquitetura de dados, com domínio de stacks open, ELK, Dynatrace, prevenindo incidentes e acelerando as análises técnicas e de negócios
