  • グローバルのITサポートチーム(US/UK)との連携業務
  • グローバルの各種ITプログラムの新規導入プロジェクトのリード
  • US、UK等海外拠点にいるITサポートチームとの定期的な連携、グローバル24時間体制(Follow the sun)の立ち上げ
  • チームマネジメント、ITサポートチームのマネジメント
  • 20-30人規模の外部ベンダー管理、予算管理、工数管理、業務管理
