- Windows/Mac PCのキッティング業務の計画と実行管理
- 各種PC機器の資産管理・棚卸に係る計画と実行管理
- グローバルのITサポートチーム(US/UK)との連携業務
- グローバルの各種ITプログラムの新規導入プロジェクトのリード
- US、UK等海外拠点にいるITサポートチームとの定期的な連携、グローバル24時間体制(Follow the sun)の立ち上げ
- チームマネジメント、ITサポートチームのマネジメント
- 20-30人規模の外部ベンダー管理、予算管理、工数管理、業務管理
