Candidates must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph, be a United States citizen, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. They must also be DoD 8570 compliant with IAT Level I or higher, demonstrating a minimum of six years of experience for Level 01, nine years for Level 02, twelve years for Level 03, and fifteen years for Level 04.
The Systems Security Personnel will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance. They will conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. This role involves applying Defense-in-Depth principles, network, and enterprise security architecture, utilizing tools such as Nessus, NMAP, and Wireshark, and experience with STE/STN requirements. The position requires preparing and maintaining SSPs and security documentation, proposing and implementing security policies, and performing day-to-day security operations of large information systems, as well as assisting with periodic reaccreditation and security evaluations.
