Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality iOS features in Swift and SwiftUI for seller-facing experiences across Ads + Promos, including creation, configuration, and optimization of Promote Tools, Giveaways, Seller-Coupons, and Rewards Club
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data partners to define goals, manage scope, and align on priorities balancing speed, quality, and impact
  • Leverage data and experimentation to guide product decisions, including designing and analyzing A/B tests, digging into results, and iterating to accelerate seller success
  • Contribute across the stack when needed (primarily Python backend)
  • Uphold engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and thoughtful technical discussions
  • Understand buyer and seller experiences and become an expert in helping them scale their business through ads and monetization products
  • Make sound product decisions, navigate new domains seamlessly, take extreme ownership, and ship high-quality products fast
  • Put customers first, make good trade-offs, and deliver impact
