As an iOS Software Engineer at Help Scout, you will collaborate with experienced Product and Design teams to build world-class mobile applications for iOS. You will be a key member of the mobile team, delivering helpful mobile solutions that enhance customer interactions with Help Scout. Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable mobile experience, supporting agile interactions tailored for the mobile environment and addressing the most impactful use cases for our users.
The Engineering team is part of our Experience Organization, working alongside Product and Design. You will report to Alicia Rivas Perez, our Mobile Engineering Manager, and be part of the Engineering team led by Luis Morales, Director of Product Engineering.
We value a strong work-life blend. As we have remote team members across EU and PT time zones, we require that your regular working hours overlap with 8 am to 12 pm ET to ensure team collaboration.
We are undertaking a significant refresh of our entire iOS application. You will be instrumental in building new features that delight our users and have the opportunity to work with Kotlin Multiplatform as we enhance the application.
