Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a strong understanding of capital markets and financial modeling. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing investor relations strategies, preparing investor materials, and managing shareholder relationships is essential. Familiarity with SEC/NASDAQ regulations and global disclosure standards is also required.

Responsibilities

The Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will develop and execute PingCAP’s global IR strategy, serving as the primary liaison for institutional investors and analysts, preparing investor materials such as earnings releases and roadshow decks, proactively managing shareholder relationships, conducting competitive benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will also collaborate with Sales Leadership to define the organization’s financial roadmap, lead the financial forecasting and planning cycle, own the development of management reporting deliverables, design operational dashboards, and spearhead ad hoc strategic initiatives for business decision support.
