This role is not a full-time position, but remuneration will be provided based on success criteria.

Responsibilities

The Investment Scout will identify exciting startups, speak with them, and conduct research on their teams, markets, and competition, writing 1-2 page proposal memos summarizing investment theses and potentially presenting them to the CVX Investment Team. They will also contribute to gaining a deeper understanding of the VC ecosystem and demonstrating investment thinking, analysis, and insights, and benefit from compensation when deals they forward to the team receive funding.
