Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in a financial services operations role
  • Experience working for or with SMA providers and TAMPs
  • Familiarity with RIA custodian platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs, Altruist, and TradePMR
  • Ability to work with long short strategies or strategies that include margin
  • Proficient with alternative investments including interval funds and private placements
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or other data platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all accounts are in good order on a daily basis by reviewing daily reconciliation reports
  • Resolve daily account issues at custodians and on the Vise platform
  • Run and analyze daily and weekly portfolio oversight reports to ensure all accounts are being managed to their mandate
  • Work directly with the engineering team to articulate solutions to systematize daily processes and serve as the liaison between our engineering team and custodial partners
  • Ensure all Vise investment processes adhere to regulatory requirements, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting processes
  • Ensure our performance engine is in good order and performance is up to date for all client accounts
  • Support daily trading activities
