Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of investment or transaction work experience in areas such as investment banking, private credit, private equity, or transaction advisory services. A high proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis is essential, along with a strong work ethic, team mindset, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, as well as experience in deal execution and due diligence, are required. A strong commitment to teamwork and relationship-building is also necessary.
The Investment Associate will work closely with the Private Credit team to support the evaluation, diligence, and execution of various investment opportunities. This role involves developing investment theses, preparing memos for the underwriting committee, and performing financial modeling and analysis, including financial projections, sensitivity analysis, valuations, and returns. Additionally, the associate will evaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of the portfolio and support strategic initiatives and reporting requirements.
