Requirements

  • GED or high school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Experience in inventory control in a manufacturing setting required
  • ERP experience required
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple moving parts at once
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine production schedules
  • Directly track and analyze new and ongoing orders
  • Implement production changes as required while balancing inventory quantities
  • Work with purchasing to maintain satisfactory levels of raw materials
  • Coordinate quarterly physical inventory counts
  • Manage inventory levels within ESP’s ERP system and regularly provide reports and feedback to management
  • Accurately receive, store, track, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Provide tags and labels for all finished products prior to packaging
