Requirements

GED or high school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
Experience in inventory control in a manufacturing setting required
ERP experience required
Good mathematical skills
Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple moving parts at once
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated

Responsibilities

Develop and refine production schedules
Directly track and analyze new and ongoing orders
Implement production changes as required while balancing inventory quantities
Work with purchasing to maintain satisfactory levels of raw materials
Coordinate quarterly physical inventory counts
Manage inventory levels within ESP’s ERP system and regularly provide reports and feedback to management
Accurately receive, store, track, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods
Provide tags and labels for all finished products prior to packaging
