Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or related field
  • 7 years of business process management or related experience
  • Experience managing teams and leading through influence
  • Proven success in developing and implementing business processes with measurable results
  • Experience establishing strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to present clear and concise information to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control, Operational and Replenishment functions
  • Up to 75% travel required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the business process roadmap for the inventory control organization, providing strategic guidance and prioritization based on impact and value
  • Create, manage, and maintain current and future state process flows, identifying and modifying standards for process improvement opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation including improvement roadmaps, SOPs, training materials, and implementation timelines
  • Lead the rollout of new processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to established policies across all inventory control teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on inventory control processes, offering guidance and support to key stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and direction to inventory teams by setting goals and expectations aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for inventory process improvements and operational growth
  • Manage budgets and resources to support process initiatives, ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
