Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or related field
7 years of business process management or related experience
Experience managing teams and leading through influence
Proven success in developing and implementing business processes with measurable results
Experience establishing strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices
Strong organizational and project management skills
Continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to present clear and concise information to stakeholders
Knowledge of Inventory Control, Operational and Replenishment functions
Up to 75% travel required

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the business process roadmap for the inventory control organization, providing strategic guidance and prioritization based on impact and value
Create, manage, and maintain current and future state process flows, identifying and modifying standards for process improvement opportunities
Develop comprehensive process documentation including improvement roadmaps, SOPs, training materials, and implementation timelines
Lead the rollout of new processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to established policies across all inventory control teams
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on inventory control processes, offering guidance and support to key stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to inventory teams by setting goals and expectations aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for inventory process improvements and operational growth
Manage budgets and resources to support process initiatives, ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
Other duties as assigned by manager
