Understanding of inventory count processes and procedures
Knowledge of salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures
Ability to obtain return authorizations from vendors and process vendor chargebacks
Proficiency in tracking, planning, coordinating, and executing inventory counts within deadlines
Commitment to safety, service, sanitation, club policies, procedures, and compliance
Team-oriented with ability to work cross-functionally across departments

Responsibilities
Serve as support to the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes
Operate a forklift and collaborate with Inventory Control team members
Conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts
Sort damaged and RTV (Return to Vendor) merchandise
Reduce salvage and re-wrap sellable merchandise
Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns
Work cross-functionally with departments to complete merchandise counts and inventory control tasks
Provide prompt and courteous service to members
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and sanitation
Accurately process damaged or defective merchandise following appropriate procedures
Proactively track, plan, coordinate, and execute department inventory counts and control cycles as prescribed by Home Office
Follow count processes and procedures
