Requirements

  • Source and maintain partnerships with host companies across various industries
  • Ensure quality internship matches based on students’ academic, professional, and geographic preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Student Success, Sales, and Business Development
  • Communicate regularly with companies and students before, during, and after internships
  • Organize check-ins, resolve placement issues proactively, and minimize escalation
  • Support internal documentation and CRM data accuracy
  • Travel occasionally to meet company partners and attend events
