  • In the final stages of ongoing HR studies (Payroll, Human Resources management or similar)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
  • Special interests or knowledge from Nordic working practices, holiday legislations and local benefits management is a plus
  • Driven: Takes initiative and eager to apply theoretical knowledge into practical tasks
  • Structured: Systematic approach to tasks and effective time management
  • Service-oriented: Enjoys helping others and providing excellent support
  • An eye for details: Ensures accuracy and pays attention to details
  • Eligible for CSN-linked university course (e.g., SF1400 V26 or similar hands-on working experience courses)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Nordic part of the Northern Europe region at Stryker as part of the Nordic HR team
  • Gain exposure and experience from various HR related tasks, tools, and HR-systems on the Nordic market
  • Gain experience and insights into payroll routines and regulations across Nordic countries
  • Contribute to local small-scale projects and internal employee communications
  • Gain insights into daily business-facing HR duties in an international matrix organization
  • Network virtually with other HR interns within HR Northern Europe
