Requirements

Candidates should be enthusiastic students or young graduates interested in facilities management and logistics. They should be willing to learn about facilities structure, management works, and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Familiarity with documentation and reporting, as well as basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil works, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Interns will learn about the facilities management scope of work and assist technicians with maintenance tasks. They will help maintain and submit preventive and corrective maintenance checklists, manage employee records, and compile various HR and finance documents. Interns will also liaise with purchasing departments, maintain filing systems, and keep records of tenancy agreements and tools.
