Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs Area in procedures with the Health Entity and all internal processes and procedures of the area, to keep technical information under the area's custody updated and available
Complete forms for submission to the Health Entity: Advertisements and Changes according to corresponding guidelines
Provide support in preparing documentation to obtain approval of promotional and advertising material by INVIMA
Maintain updated databases for tracking procedures with INVIMA (control of filing)
Update implementation formats for artworks (stickers and plant artworks) to share with corresponding areas (QA/Logistics)
Maintain updated area databases: Interaction with the Health Entity, Control of Artworks, Control of Advertisements
Provide support in Renewal procedures and Registration of New Products
Provide operational support related to filing documents under the custody of the Regulatory Affairs Area
Provide support to different areas that require any type of information available from the Regulatory Affairs Area (Technical Sheets, Health Registrations, Safety Sheets, among others)
