Requirements

  • Master's student in Communication or Business school
  • Minimum 1 first experience in marketing, end of studies internship preferred (already 2 x 6-months internships)
  • Affinity with beauty and digital marketing (influence, paid media etc) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – French is strongly recommended for ease of communication within the team
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset
  • Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand’s presence on retailer social media by providing bi-weekly post and story proposals
  • Conduct weekly audits of retailer Instagram and TikTok accounts to track brand visibility, analyze content themes, identify areas for improvement, and gather competitive insights
  • Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and messaging for tactical marketing campaigns
  • Assess influencer profiles for tactical seedings
  • Analyze influencer-generated content performances and provide key learnings for all PR initiatives
  • Manage all creative requests on Wrike for PR events, PR seedings
  • Coordinate product shipments to ensure timely delivery to PR agencies and retailers for local activations, including PR seeding and events
  • Provide retailers and PR agencies with necessary brand assets (packshots, press releases, e-com banners etc.) to support 360 campaign execution
  • Maintain and update internal project management tools (sampling trackers, etc.)
  • Manage digital creative briefs with retailers and creative teams
