Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
  • New graduates within 6 months of graduation date
  • Available to work full-time hours
  • Residing in Canada
  • Able to commute to Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Eagerness to learn about lifecycle marketing, including email best practices, client journeys, client flow mapping, email service provider/CRM software (such as Braze and Taxi), segmentation, and audience-building
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to set and execute against data-informed growth tactics

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and ship various marketing campaigns via lifecycle marketing channels, including email, push notifications, and various in-app messages
  • Support in automating and operationalizing common emails and communications for teams outside of lifecycle marketing
  • Collaborate with lifecycle and broader marketing team members, R&D, and product teams to design and implement automated, multi-channel programs and experiments across the client lifecycle
  • Ideate and experiment on lifecycle strategies/tactics to drive activation, retention, engagement, and participation within Wealthsimple’s incentives and promotions
  • Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours, and experimental results/learnings
  • Build segmentation logic into in-app and email messages with dynamic content to personalize each message for each Wealthsimple client
  • Execute and analyze A/B tests to increase campaign performance and conversion rates
