Responsibilities

  • Take part in different operational meetings (daily/weekly) to understand the scope and the portfolio
  • Manage a supplier as a backup of team members (optional, depending on candidate profile and background)
  • Automatize supplier monthly review decks and monthly RCCP charts
  • Ensure tool refresh and propose improvement
  • Propose review of monthly inventory target when needed
  • Support stock at risk review and take actions when needed
  • Review existing supply parameters and continue to deploy actions to reduce inventory on full portfolio
  • Review existing supply parameters and continue to deploy actions to ensure derisking implementation on full portfolio
  • Document chosen inventory strategy and ensure deployment of the operational rhythm such as preparation of bi-yearly meetings (including Procurement)
  • Assess pallets storage capacity short-mid-long term and provide recommendation
  • Assess green transport and warehousing
  • Assess finished product warehouse strategy and potential direct shipment to market from Nyon/external warehouse
