Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in transport/air freight forwarding/logistics field related to freight forwarding and logistics
  • 3 - 6 months of internship
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player
  • Independent performer, motivated and resilient, with ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and examine regulations
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assists on daily handover from Ninja Van to Air and Sea Freight agent by managing and coordinating domestic shipments
  • Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintains a cordial relationship to build future business
  • Assists in ensuring no backlog or delay in shipment every day
  • Assists in inputting data into the management system and consolidating
