Requirements

Estudiantes activos de carreras como Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o afines en último semestre o en proceso de titulación
Manejo básico-intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel es un plus)
Inglés intermedio (lectura y escritura)
Disponibilidad para trabajar 30 horas a la semana durante al menos 6 meses, en modelo híbrido (1 día por semana en la oficina en Col. Nápoles)
Interés en herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (Power BI, Power Query, Tableau) será altamente valorado

Responsibilities

Generar y emitir facturas fiscales para clientes en LATAM
Verificar información y garantizar la correcta aplicación de datos de facturación
Mantener registros organizados y actualizados en sistemas internos
Colaborar con el equipo contable para resolver discrepancias
Interactuar con stakeholders regionales para asegurar el envío oportuno de facturas
Apoyar en la preparación de reportes financieros relacionados con facturación
