Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Schedule delivery of light products, feedstocks, and biofuels by pipeline or waterborne transportation to meet customer demand
  • Scheduling: Coordinate pipeline, barge, and/or tanker movements for optimal timing, batch size, and sequence to optimize supply and minimize costs
  • Scheduling: Monitor inventories at terminals and refineries daily and adjust schedules to avoid shortages and excess working capital
  • Scheduling: Develop improved scheduling methods to utilize resources, optimize inventory, and minimize transportation costs
  • Scheduling: Coordinate communications between terminals, Commercial, Exchange, and Product Quality on inventory or operational issues
  • Marketing (Corporate Office): Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
  • Marketing (Corporate Office): Gather and interpret data, create reports, and assist in developing marketing strategies/campaigns
  • Marketing (Corporate Office): Gain exposure to Product Quality, Governmental Affairs, Business Development, Terminal, Transport & Rail
  • Marketing (Field-based): Spend time in the field learning Territory Manager responsibilities, travel to customer offices/dealer locations
  • Marketing (Field-based): Assist in prospecting new customers and handle projects/studies on station financials and operations
  • Marketing (Field-based): Gain exposure to Commercial organization components and corporate areas like Product Quality, Governmental Affairs, Business Development, Terminal, Transport & Rail
  • Analytics: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights
