Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program majoring in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Commerce, or related fields
  • Digitally fluent with strong interest in emerging eCom and AI driven technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with commercial awareness
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience working in matrix or cross-cultural environments

Responsibilities

  • PDP (Product Detail Page) Auditing & Optimization Solutions: Partner with external agencies to build AI led solution to track and improve the PDP content particularly product images
  • AI Led SEO Solutions: Explore, evaluate, and compare AI based search discovery systems with traditional keyword SEO. Help identify partners for proof of concept (POC) initiatives using generative AI for content optimization
  • Social Commerce Hub: Assist cross functional team in building Social Commerce Hub (Phase 1). The key areas are category and platform insights consolidation solutions, setting up social listening tool, and building CRM tool for affiliate performance tracking in markets
  • D com Projects & Monthly Performance Updates: Coordinate with market teams and agencies to track project milestones, consolidate regional performance updates, and support monthly D Com dashboards and global reporting
  • Innovation Research: Conduct research on emerging D com technologies, digital retail media, and AI applications in conversion optimization
