The position is full-time employment.

The role involves rotating through internal operations, external operations, and technician positions, with each post lasting 6-8 months.

After 3 years, based on performance assessment and personal preference, candidates can be assigned to frontline production management or process/production engineer roles.

Candidates need a junior college degree or above in a chemical-related major, good team cooperation spirit, ambition, strong learning willingness and ability, and must adapt to shift work.

Strong candidates have a chemical-related degree, demonstrate excellent teamwork, ambition, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to shift schedules.
