The position requires being a currently enrolled university student, possessing good communication skills, and demonstrating a high level of responsibility, with an interest in sales work. Candidates should also have an internship certificate from a US-based 500 company and be comfortable with flexible and independent working hours.
The intern will schedule daily cold calls to clients, promoting Ecolab as a group supplier and understanding their chemical ordering habits and purchasing preferences. They will provide chemical introductions and training, guide customers to place orders, and encourage repeat business, while also tracking order status through phone and WeChat follow-ups and providing feedback to the business development manager. The intern will participate in comprehensive training courses including professional knowledge and sales skills training, and gain an understanding of hotel client operation models and basic sales work content.
