The position requires being a currently enrolled university student, possessing good communication skills, and demonstrating a high level of responsibility, along with an interest in sales work. Candidates should also have an internship verification from a US-based Fortune 500 company and be comfortable with flexible and independent work schedules.
The intern will schedule daily cold calls to clients, educating them about Ecolab's position as a group supplier while understanding their chemical ordering patterns and purchasing habits. They will provide chemical introductions and training, guide clients to place orders, and encourage repeat purchases, while also identifying and relaying client needs to the business development manager and tracking order status through phone and WeChat follow-ups.
