Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong backend development experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a similar backend framework
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Experience or interest in working with AI/ML-powered systems, tools, or APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or Google Cloud

- Experience in the digital advertising or martech industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical specifications
- Implement backend logic to support AI-enhanced features like automated workflows and intelligent data reporting
- Optimize system performance and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, knowledge sharing, and maintainability
- Conduct testing and debugging to maintain a stable and secure platform
- Stay informed on backend and AI technology trends to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
