Responsibilities

  • Optimize client coverage within a territory by working with assigned external sales partners, deepening existing relationships, and strategically prospecting for new mutually beneficial relationships
  • Elevate T. Rowe Price’s brand awareness, build client loyalty, grow product distribution, and drive sales among financial advisors
  • Develop new business collaboratively with territory partners, identify sales opportunities, deepen territories, and independently sell to prospects while deepening relationships with existing advisors
  • Use service associate role for specific non-client engagement activities
  • Apply various data sources to identify, aggregate, and prioritize targets (current clients and prospects) within the assigned territory and segment
  • Document territory sales measurements, develop territory plans, and guide territory progress toward sales/service goals and overall growth
  • Provide sales support and follow-up in partnership with external partners, including post-meeting emails and calls, preparation for investment professional or due diligence meetings, and coordination with the service team
  • Attend periodic conferences to represent the firm, win leads, and engage in regular territory travel and client-facing engagements
