Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of experienced Specialists to develop their full potential
  • Oversee daily priority and standard operational tasks to ensure they are carried out with care and attention
  • Operate as an individual contributor to accomplish set goals, while guiding the team toward its objectives
  • Foster automation to maximize our resources and reduce manual work
  • Work with your counterparts in the other two regions to ensure best practices are well-known and followed globally and also revisited, as needed
  • Handle multiple high priority and sensitive tasks and work in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure task completion
