Requirements
- U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract)
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility (as required by U.S. Government contract)
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required (additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus)
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
- Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product
- Assist Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen partnerships with current and prospective user bases
- Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new Palantir use cases
- Embed with users across the world and share insights with Palantir team members
- Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure customers’ continued success
