Requirements

Subject matter expertise in the Middle East and/or South Asia regions, preferably with experience in a military or government intelligence environment
Significant knowledge of regional military capabilities, weapons systems, and tactics, with a focus on Iran and/or Pakistan
Strong writing skills and capability to produce a high volume of quality analytic assessments under tight deadlines and with minimal review
Strong briefing skills and ability to convey analytic judgments
Excellence in collaborative work and strong interpersonal skills, including providing and receiving feedback
Solution-oriented self-starter who is tech savvy, can identify problems and opportunities, and propose solutions
Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Provide a writing sample (1-3 pages, own work ideally within last 3 years, on a geopolitical or international security-related topic)

Responsibilities

Identify impactful intelligence topics based on a detailed understanding of customer intelligence needs and missions
Produce high-quality intelligence assessments that answer customers’ most important intelligence questions by following U.S. Intelligence Community intelligence analysis and writing standards
Utilize Rhombus’ AI-informed intelligence capabilities and expert research skills to gather information that serves as the foundation of intelligence products
Identify information gaps and work with the Model
Create impactful intelligence assessments on topics including foreign military activities, weapons development, regional conflicts, and country stability to support US and Allied national security decision making
Fuse Rhombus’s unique, AI-derived data with a spectrum of open-source information to create intelligence products
Perform thorough research and analysis on global security topics guided by client intelligence needs
Deliver tailored briefings for internal and external audiences on topics in areas of responsibility
