Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on microservices (JAVA) and APIs
Proven experience as an Integration Tech Lead or similar role (3+ years)
Proven experience with API Gateways such as IBM or Apigee (3+ years)
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs)
Solid understanding of security concepts like OAuth, OIDC, and/or security protocols
Experience with API testing methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of the Bank Industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of integration engineers in the development and implementation of CORE Microservices/API solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless integration of systems
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
Mentor and guide junior integration specialists
Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices
Review integration components developed internally or by partners
Monitor the adoption of methodologies and good practices and promote improvements
