Requirements

4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols
6+ years of program management or equivalent experience
4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies
4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc
Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including scheduling, financial, and clinical data (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of healthcare scheduling, claims, clinical data sets (Preferred)
Strong data-driven mentality and prioritization framework (Preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills with emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise (Preferred)
Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication (Preferred)
Master’s degree in a technical field or other relevant fields (Preferred)
Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows in the ambulatory healthcare setting (Preferred)
Jira, Salesforce, and Tableau experience (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Mirth interface engine (Preferred)
PMP certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks
Manage the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements
Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership)
Manage issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholders
Be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment
Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent
Manage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholders
Manage the relationship with external vendors which include vendor management, negotiations, and contract management
Present regular updates on program health to leadership
Manage all tasks that support the presence of all active interfaces
Provide assistance in finding solutions of critical issues affecting active interfaces
