Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in system integration roles, with a focus on leading teams
Proficiency in integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel)
Strong understanding of API management and microservices architecture
Experience with data integration and ETL processes
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the integration strategy in alignment with organizational goals
Lead a team of integration engineers, providing guidance and support as they design, develop, and implement integration solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical direction
Monitor integration performance and optimize existing processes to ensure efficiency and reliability
Establish best practices for system integration and ensure compliance with industry standards
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate integration progress and updates
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in integration and assess their applicability to our systems
