Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in working in insurance product development, pricing, and/or underwriting at an insurer or broker
  • Experience in designing and writing policy wordings and other insurance-related documentation
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for customer solutions
  • Experience working within IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) and Consumer Duty regulations (preferred)
  • Proven ability to foster and develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of existing product portfolios, including reporting and improvements to underwriting, product, and policy wording
  • Support the solutions team in the development of new products across various business verticals and insurance product lines
  • Tailor products for new partners, supporting the partnerships team with customer-centric solutions
  • Weekly and monthly general reporting, including presenting commentary at meetings as needed
