Experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers (Essential)
Hands-on experience managing at least one of the following from the Insurance Underwriting Cycle: Submission, Indication, Policy Issuance, Premium Audit/booking, Policy maintenance, Endorsement, Quote/Booking, Aggregation/Modeling, Benchmarking, Binders Processing, Renewal prep, Doc management, Indexing, Invoicing, Loss Run
Understanding and management of property and casualty insurance companies providing insurance against loss of real property, tangible assets, and/or income
Experience in Claims settlements related to client property or accidents (implied from context)
Good to have: Experience in Re-Insurance Fac and Treaty business
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Primary interaction within own team and direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work under close supervision
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
