Responsibilities

Design and produce multimedia learning assets (e.g., templates, guides, toolkits, videos, podcasts, animations)
Develop learner-centric experiences including learner personas, learner journeys, and engagement activities
Create associate-facing communications such as training announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials
Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to script, storyboard, and validate content
Ensure accessibility, localization, and brand alignment across all content
Support integration of multimedia into SCORM packages and LMS platforms
Contribute to measurement strategies and feedback loops to improve learning impact
