Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e-learning content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to create effective digital learning solutions
  • Apply UX/UI principles to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction through intuitive and visually appealing digital learning interfaces
  • Create course development plans to support the online academy, including storyboarding, scripting, and integrating multimedia elements
  • Regularly review and update existing learning content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and aligned with changes in organizational processes, products, or services
  • Manage the end-to-end development of e-learning projects, including timelines, resource coordination, and feedback management
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of content on Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring proper functionality and learner access
  • Provide technical support to users, helping troubleshoot issues related to the LMS and e-learning content
  • Be amenable to traveling to regional offices and client sites as needed
