Candidates need 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales and 1+ years in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales at an Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker, plus familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
Responsibilities include identifying and pitching to institutional leads, attending conferences, conducting community outreach, researching market trends, drafting agreements, proposing new offerings, and maintaining client relationships.
Strong candidates have a network/book of clients in cryptocurrency including hedge funds, trading firms, HFT, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and custody seekers, plus a demonstrable track record of acquiring clients and driving results.
