Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience (preferred)
  • Endocrinology/Diabetes experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Sales Persuasion, Dedication, Perseverance, Ingenuity, and Adaptability
  • High work ethic, reliable and punctual
  • Ability to be flexible to meet fluctuating business needs
  • Related experience in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone
  • Achieve sales forecast and gain adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
  • Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products
  • Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory
  • Demonstrate advanced listening and decision-making skills
  • Understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
  • Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
  • Handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to caller’s needs while navigating CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic
