  • Expérience confirmée (5 ans min.) en Service Delivery / Téléphonie / Cloud
  • Connaissances solides en environnements CTI et GSX Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Assurer le suivi et la qualité de service sur la partie téléphonie (CTI)
  • Administrer et superviser les environnements GSX Cloud
  • Gérer les incidents fonctionnels de niveau 2 et assurer un support opérationnel
  • Garantir la disponibilité et la continuité des services de communication
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution et de transformation liés aux solutions collaboratives
  • Mettre en place des outils de suivi, reporting et documentation pour une exploitation efficace
