Planes de desarrollo de proyectos de expansión
Selección y adquisición de materiales
Negociación con prestadores de servicios apegados a los códigos de conducta
Seguimiento de quejas de tiempo y forma
Seguimiento y control de indicadores de Calidad (DPMs, quejas, etc.)
Implementación de proyectos que eliminen o disminuyan defectos y riesgos de calidad

Seguimiento a las auditorías internas y externas

Validación de sistemas de limpieza
Apoyo a la implementación de nuevos productos y procesos
