Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow suite across multiple enterprises, including ITSM, custom applications, integrations, asset management and CMDB
  • Expertise in ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Powershell)
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Admin & Implementation Certification (preferred)
  • Agile - Scrum development methodologies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows and modules to support business processes
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party apps
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Build complex workflows using Flow Designer and customize platform components (forms, fields, tables, business rules, client scripts)
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Manage full lifecycle development, from design to deployment, including testing and documentation
  • Stay updated on platform upgrades, new features, industry best practices and propose improvements
  • Provide operational support, system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Document technical changes and configurations
  • Support on-call operations as needed
  • Lead with technical expertise and mentorship in Agile and sprint methodologies
