Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, IT or closely related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst in the healthcare and/or healthcare manufacturing industry
  • 6 months of experience (concurrent with primary experience) as an IT Project Manager utilizing PM software including Jira, Clarity, ServiceNow and Ariba
  • 3 years of experience (concurrent with above) with security operations workflow and processes including incident response management, vulnerability management, network security
  • 3 years of experience (concurrent with above) with various cybersecurity domains including SOC, IAM, Cloud, Application security and Risk management
  • 3 years of experience (concurrent with above) with cybersecurity frameworks, standards and best practices including recognizing and addressing technical dependencies and constraints
  • 3 years of experience (concurrent with above) performing cybersecurity analytics in a regulated environment (GDPR, HIPAA and MDR)
  • 3 years of experience (concurrent with above) with testing tools and systems including CI/CD, TDD
  • One of the following certifications: CISM, Security+, PMP or CSM
  • Reside in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute software development and implementation projects for ISO team functions to achieve project goals
  • Handle information security risk, issues and problem resolution; identify and remove team barriers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Work with others to resolve difficult problems and escalate issues appropriately
  • Lead and coordinate multiple, complex, large cybersecurity projects including process development, implementation, standardization and documentation
  • Lead and coordinate gathering of requirements from key stakeholders, document requirements, and ensure products/deliverables meet specifications
  • Prepare communication and change management plans for ISO projects, identifying key vehicles and methods for stakeholders
  • Lead and assist with technology implementations for process improvements and efficiency gains, using functional, business and technical knowledge
  • Moderate and drive Agile ceremonies, support and educate the Product Owner on refining and managing the product backlog
  • Implement processes to ensure delivery teams prioritize work effectively and align to cybersecurity strategic initiatives
  • Prepare project metrics to ensure professional delivery, identify, communicate and resolve risks and issues
  • Ensure project completion criteria are met within budget, schedule and scope using methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe
  • Monitor and interpret project budgets, track and approve expenses and invoices timely, and coordinate/manage vendors
  • Support monthly portfolio reviews with Leadership and/or executive team
  • Review and comply with Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and local/state/federal laws and regulations
